At Polyplast, the way we lead, work, and behave is guided by our core values. These values influence the way we meet the needs of our clients, respecting the legal requirements, but also the rules of the International Human Rights Regulations, as reflected in the conventions of the International Labor Organization, the United Nations Convention on Human Rights of the child and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as the Guidelines of the ETHOS Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Model.

Our company is certified with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000: 2018, OK COMPOST (TUV AUSTRIA) as well as is a member since 2021 of “OUR GREECE” / ETHOS.

Employee Relations

Polyplast ensures that employees are treated fairly and with dignity, taking into account their goals, aspirations, and special abilities. We respect the right of our staff to live on a decent salary and we fully comply with the current legislation on salaries, working hours, and overtime. Overtime work is voluntary in nature. No form of forced labor takes place in our Company.

Polyplast implements fair work practices, with respect for National and Community Laws but also with absolute respect for the needs of its people.

Polyplast is committed to timely and meaningful dialogue with all stakeholders, including stakeholders, customers, employees, local actors, local community, governments, regulators, and landowners, among others.

At Polyplast we work daily, methodically and in collaboration with stakeholders to combat any form of violence, bribery, corruption, and fraud.

The operations and ultimate responsibility for our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and our Environmental Sustainability is the responsibility of every Polyplast employee.

The effectiveness of this Policy will be monitored and reviewed at least annually by the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the Company’s continued compliance with all relevant legislation, meet new business requirements, and to identify areas in need of improvement.

Polyplast will inform its partners, contractors, and suppliers as well as all stakeholders about the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and will work with them to achieve consistency with this policy.

We will also ensure that employees are aware of any changes, as needed.
